That just fried my brain. Is that figure real on page 7? Nope, it's a 1/12 scale figure of F1 racer Aryton Senna who was killed in a crash. He was killed in 1994 after having won 3 world driving championships. The guy who's building the car painted it. Pretty good work. I just LOL'd at your reply. ...

I shall, just waiting for decals to arrive. Busy with a 1/48 Tamiya Beaufighter, but the decals disintegrated.

Why are F1 kits so expensive?

Not so sure I agree with all the above. You can start with any kit you want. I usually spend more time researching the subject, than actually building it.

** Edit, just dont start with an Academy 1/48 Mosquito, or Trumpeter 1/32 Mig 15 BIS.
