What a beauty! It's difficult to do a realistic looking black. Your's turned out really nice. I've always liked this bird, may have to get one for the stash :hmm:

Thanks John, John and Stuart. I mixed a little blue and gray in with flat black. Then went over panel lines with straight flat black. It's a little less pronounced than I thought it would be

I wanted to make some areas look as if ground crew had wiped a rag across the area
