Best airbrush primer

I don't use primer very much and prefer to spray directly on plastic whenever possible to keep my paint layer as thin as possible. So my use of primer is primarily to check my putty work. In that instance, I've been using Mr Primer Surfacer 1000 thinned with Mr Leveling Thinner. Sprays better than the regular Mr Surfacer.
