Mr Surfacer is good stuff,but the 1200 is ideal,I think the 1000 is a little thick.

I'm really thankful for my local Hobby Town.Last time I picked up a Tamiya Pershing for the same price as Scalehobbyist,and the P-38 was also same price as the internet prices.They have Mission Model,Tamiya,and Vallejo paints.
