Thank you Tom

Thank you John! for the aerial wire I use EZ Line Fine grade. It stays tight and can also stretch if accidently hit but pops right back into place.

Ah yes, EZ line is good stuff! You may also want to check out Uschi's line of elastic thread. It is much finer than EZ Line. Fine grade EZ Line specs out at 0.010" or 0.25mm. Uschi's thread comes in 0.03, 0.02 and 0.01mm sizes (Standard, Fine and Super Fine) and I think you'll notice the difference. I've been using the Standard size for my 1/32 builds and I would think the Fine would work well for 1/48 aircraft. I think I used the Fine size for my 1/48 G-6 but it may have been the Standard size... I can't remember!

I have to thank Bruce for graciously supplying me with the Uschi thread!

that does look nice and is noticeably finer than the EZ line I have. I will go looking for some right now. Thank you.

I wasn't aware of the Uschi stuff until Bruce sent it to me! Same elastic properties as EZ line so you should have no problem using it!

I used the super fine on my 1/48 G4M and you can only see it in the right light.

I have some of that EZ Line as well. Just haven't had a chance to use it yet.

Wow John that is very thin. I'm going to order some of the fine.

Mike the EZ line is really well easy to use. It almost instantly sets when it comes into contact with super glue
