sounds like me with the Tom Clancy Jack Ryan novels and movies. Red October was good, but trimmed a portion out. Patriot Games started good, trimmed out a LOT more, then took some artistic license with the plot. Clear and Present Danger somewhat followed the novel with some serious omissions and changes, Sum of All Fears, way more so... and the Jack Ryan series has no resemblance to the characters at all.

I've also watched the Witcher series as well. I'm also waiting for season 2; they seem to be taking their time bringing it out since it's been announced that season 2 is coming soon... for the past eight months now.

Looking forward to seeing this develop.

Got Geralt painted up and the detail in this figure just keeps surprising me more and more. Postimage seems to be down luckily I still have some space left over at flikr to post some images.

And a peek at the base I'm making. I decided to build a book nook to sit on my bookshelf between the novels.

Thank you John and Mark! I always wanted to try to make a book nook and this seemed like the perfect project to try it on.

Side note... I finished watching The Witcher a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. Funny thing... the main character played Superman at one time. Strange to hear Superman to use the F word in the series. :giggles: :giggles:
He was also on the SVU television series if I’m not mistaken.

Got the book nook all done and realized I forgot to take any photos of the build process, I just got wrapped up so much in the building.

This was a really fun build and I hope you guys like it.
Thank you all!
