So my question is which F-4E Phantom would fit the bill for a Terminator Turkish Phantom?

A F-4E will work. You'd just need the specific Turkish Phantom decals.

You’re probably going to want one with the later features such as the slatted wings, late model gun muzzle, probably RHAW bumps also… possibly with a TISEO as well.

Most of the Terminator differences are internal.

I saw the review on YouTube and have been thinking of getting it. What I love about this F-4E Phantom Meng kit is the fuselage halves are not the typical side by side but top to bottom. No need to clean up the seams.
