It’s always a great feeling to get your model stuff set up in your new home, however big or small that place is. Then getting back to work and making progress is another great step. This is looking good Declan.

Very cool! Glad that you're able to get back to the bench.

Declan I'm thrilled to see you back! That Enterprise is looking fantastic; I especially like the blue. Keep it coming man!

Re: The importance of cleanliness: Declan's Bench
Look-y here!
I've been working on this on my downtime. My kitty knocked a model off the shelf, so I figured I would reuse it and make this thing. I wanted an ambassador class look, but I really wanted 3 nacelles. I don't know what this would classify as, because there is a tos 3 nacelled ship in this configuration which is the Federation class. Mine has the regular constitution class shuttlebay and deflector dish placement. Different pylon structure too.
It will be repainted, once I figure out how to fill all the nasty spots. I want some epoxy but I'm broke. Budget modelling it is!
This is just my lighting test. I have nav lights and each nacelle's bussard cap is lit. I couldn't do much more than that with my available LEDS.

I feel your pain. I lost a command pod for the USS Arizona kit. My cat must've found it on my bench and thought it was a toy. Still haven't found it since summer.

looking pretty sharp.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

That's very cool with all the lights on!
