Looking good! I like the window decorations, too.....

Thank you. They make potential intruders think twice before entering. What I'd really like to have are some claymore mines. But I haven't been able to find any yet. :ballbat:

Make some... you're a modeler :puzzle:

Thanks, brother. Now we're all on the "no-fly" list, terrorist watch, etc. :bored:

Actually, I did find some dummy claymores online. But at $50 each, I think I'll stick with my grenade display. Besides, what's in one of my workbench drawers will work just fine if there are any intruders. I like to keep something like this on both ends of the house. You don't want to be at one end of the house, have something bad happen, and be at the other end without a teddy bear! Old habits and all.

So my workbench has a teddy bear in it next to the q-tips and clothespins. Yes, it might not be a common thing that modelers do, but . . . but . . . I know at least a few of you will appreciate it.

If not, here's a bag on my head. :bag:

So I did some more on the CGG today. Belt and boots painted. Got the white of an eye in there. Would have been done today but the face and beard are sucking up a lot of paint. He seems to have used a different resin on this gnome, I wonder if that's why.

Gnomes complete. Prone Gnome indoors:

In the field with his squad:

And finally, an interesting comparison of the effect being outside 24-7 has on a Combat Garden Gnome. They don't seem to tan in the sun but rather become more pale. Compare the two original gnomes with the newcomers to the unit. One can only assume that this is some sort of physical evolution developed over generations to somehow aid them in combat. Or, like old soldiers, they just fade away.

That one went quick! Looks like you have a heavy weapons team with a couple of riflemen to provide near security. Very well done BB!
