LOL! Hey, that is an Italian kit from the Reagan era! They were getting back at us for something.....


I feel your pain on this. I'm building one of these too and it's been fighting me the whole time too. Still can't even get paint to stick!

Didn't do too much more, beyond the decals...which are mediocre. Most of the smaller markings, that should be grey, are metalic...with a blue tint to them. Just a quick brushing with some pastel chalk to "pop" the inconsistent panel lines.
Overall. I'd be happy to not see this kit come across my bench ever again. Minor accuracy issues, fit issues, missing details, etc. With a lot of extra work, you could make a nice F-18 out of it...but straight OOB AND with the MSRP...not for me!

Soooooooo..... Reading between the lines here, and just taking a wild stab in the dark type guess... You're not liking this kit?
