Well I've got some sizeable progress done today. Got the dash mostly finished and am currently working on the steering column and steering wheel. I got the radio and equalizer installed this morning as well as installing the fabricated shifter. The OOB shifter SUCKED!!

Oh man, this "cockpit" looks just stunning Joe !

Thanks Kari.

I'm currently painting the steering wheel up and working on body cleanup. Lots of mold lines and ejector pin marks.

Steering column and Grant steering wheel installed. I went ahead and went with a black center on the steering wheel to tie some of the black in the interior together. Interior is...……………….finished!

Moving on to the body. I've been getting rid of the mold lines and ejector pin marks for a couple of days. Today we have......primer!!

Hi Joe,

I just spent a while catching up with the thread – wow!

That interior looks fantastic – I’m loving all of the detail and finishing you‘ve put into it.

Superb work Sir. :shoutout: :shoutout: :shoutout:

Stunning work man! Joe, you got some mad skills!

I do like that "Walking Dead" shifter! LOL! Imagining a cop's reaction to seeing that makes for some interesting thoughts!!

Thanks Mark! This is what makes me have so much dang fun at auto building. There's literally no end to the stuff you can cram into a vehicle interior.

Body work is complete and the paint has been underway for a few days now. Everything behind the front fenders has been painted with Testors Icy Blue decanted and shot through the AB. Will be shooting the pearl white on the fenders this weekend. I trimmed up the decals meant for the much older Revell multi-piece Willys and applied those on the door this morning. Gotta do some graphing with the hood decal onto the door at the front but feelin' pretty good about it so far.
