Yuck is right. This is why I moved to Florida.

LOL!

Florida is nice for warm weather and sunny days. But... land too flat, ya got big gators, big snakes, and hurricanes.

Right? That's why we are flying down the end of Feb to look around. Our daughter is moving down there and my wife wants to be near her two daughters, me, I'm tired of cold. I grew up in Texas so all the Florida issues don't bother me.....except the sinkholes.
Sorry you're having vehicle issues. When I was stationed in Montana my truck had a block heater, battery blanket and oil pan heater. It still didn't like to run in -30. When I was stationed on the Storis, an icebreaking cutter (she could break 11 ft of ice) in Alaska we went to the Artic and a storm hit us with -60 temps and -90 wind chill....yeah, I'm tired of the cold.

Arizona… if you can tolerate a few months of dry heat, it’s absolutely fantastic the rest of the year…

Back on track.... another bad day but not enough to throw my concentration off. 5 inches of wet snow and snowblower wouldn't start. Made several calls to service guy that did yearly tune-up and will pick up my snowthrower to figure out why tomorrow. My son's car did need a new car battery (he's responsible for the paying for it), The bright side my dentist appointment was cancelled today and rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon.

Now progress pics from tonight and previous nights...

Rear mast with crane....

I did the rigging late last night on same mast...

Rear Aft cranes and posts...

And finally, the fore flag post. Flag was made using scrap sticker from colored dots sheet. Two thin rigging lines glued to hole where flag is. This will help me get a nice start from there and work my way from front to the rear one section at a time, one side at a time.

I still need to install the boat on hoists before I start the rigging process.
