Primer will happen first. Had a rough night with side effects from 2nd dose of COVID vaccine. Low grade fever, arm hurts, headache, knee hurts from tossing and turning. I’m exhausted. Slept off and on since 3 am this morning.

Hope you are feeling better this morning. We get our 2nd shot this coming Friday.

How long has it been since you got the second shot Tom? And which brand did you get? Most folks I know who’ve had side effects say they usually pass in one to two days. I had some mild after effects about 24 hours in for a few hours then was great the next morning.

Wife and I had the Pfizer also. Minimal side effects for both of us.

I'm literally at a standstill with this one. Since this is a P-51B, the canopy comes in six... count'em... SIX pieces. The rearmost pieces fits just fine. Front and sides are.... :scream: :scream: :scream: :scream: :scream: :scream:

Trying to line them up to fit right. God... this is starting to be one of THE worst Revell kit EVER!!!! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: If nothing cooperates, Imma ready to take a hammer to it. Yeah, it's that bad. Canopy fit is horrible no matter how hard I tried. Even some of the reviews are saying it's the worst 1/32 scale Mustang kit by far. Trumpeter kits is the better one. Not crazy about spending $50 on a Trumpeter 1/32 scale Mustang kit.

I've been looking online for AM canopy for a 1/32 scale P-51B version. Definitely not crazy about getting a vacu-form canopy set either.

Damn that sucks. Sorry to hear that. Go get the Airfix or Tamiya kit.

Actually, I do have an Eduard P-51D in my stash. I’m saving that one for another day.

Are you planning to pose the canopy open or closed?

It is absolutely amazing that no one has done a good 1/32 B/C Mustang. I don't think the Trumpeter is any better than the Revell if you really want something that looks like a Mustang when you are done. I had some plans to combine some parts of the Revell B with a Hasegawa D to get a better result. If the Hobbycraft Allison poered Mustang weren't so hard top find they would also be a donor for some parts.
