Looks like you totally nailed the paint to me! Feathered edges can be a pain
Re: Um... Airfix 1/72 F-16A
Feathered edge with a brush! There we go my man, there we go! I love how you’re always achieving your goals.

Hey now, try Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture at your bench sometime... one with the cannon

Re: Um... Airfix 1/72 F-16A
lol - you guys crack me up!
Generally I don't listen to music whilst modelling, I tend to listen to something more relaxing - mainly to distract from my Tinnitus at present.
Thanks for all the comments - I'm pretty pleased with how the paint came out. I've since got all the decals on - all 18 of them. The sheet Airfix gave with this kit was pretty plain. They were however nice to use. It looks a bit toy like at present but I'm hoping adding the pylons etc. will help.
Now time for a matt coat and some weathering.
Cheers!

That is looking good, Stuart.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Looks great Stuart! Some weathering and the flat coat will help it look less toy like.
