The next several days.

I took my wife, Pam, to the hospital today. For several days she has had one that that was hurting something terrible. Ear canal swollen shut, bad infection. Any way the only way to treat this is by
IV antibiotics and drops. Guess what? The drops can’t be used until the ear canal opens up some. We already had an appt with the ENT on Monday, but there was no waiting around for that as much as she was hurting this morning.

Sorry to hear this, Lyle. My dad had his ear canal swollen shut once when he couldn’t put in his hearing aid. Can’t remember what caused this but eventually it did open up. Can’t recall if he complained of earache though.
