Re: Latest Acquesitions - pt.3

Last night I won this in the raffle at the IPMS meeting https://i.postimg.cc/L8wzBGRK/IMG_9557.jpg Looks to be a real sweet kit! That's a beautiful kit. Had it when it first came out. No idea why I sold it. Must have been in my "I can't build 1/32 kits cuz they take up too much space" pha...

Re: Empire of the Rising Sun Group Build

I totally reworked the spinner. Separated the blades. Glued the spinner together, filled, sanded, scribed, drilled mounting holes for the blades, primed, painted. Created connectors for each blade. https://i.postimg.cc/jS1Nhn4X/2024-GB-1-48-TAM-A6-M2-N-RUFE-IW-1024-6984.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/4xy...

Re: Latest Acquesitions - pt.3

The Airfix A-7 isn't a bad kit, although lacking in modern detail (the weapons suck) it does have a full intake trunking and the shape looks good. I built one as part of Manny's Airfix Groupie GB back in 2015 - not my best work... And it's one of the few Airfix kits with.... wait for it.... WHEEL W...
