Looks like they repainted the wheel wells, gear struts, and inner face of the gear doors in the underside color. It is an exact match for the surrounding external surface….

Here is my latest bits of progress on this one… First I airbrushed on white primer where the white ETO ID markings will be applied on the tail and cowling. Bruce, I honestly can’t say what the bucket is specifically used for, but knowing GI’s, they would be used for anything involving water…

My father had a deep affection for the Pan Am Clippers… in spite of him being a life long TWA man… I definitely want to see this project built!
