Sucks!

Post by KSaarni »

I dropped my beloved single blade nipper on the floor, as a matter of fact on the carpet... and this was the result..

Not totally ruined, but still useless... :headslap:

So, need to find a new pair.

Would love to hear what my fellow SPAM collegues are using as their cutter !

It looks usable for small attachment points until you acquire a replacement… :hmm:

I think my nipper is made by Xuron.

I use teeth, #11: blade, Tamiya cutters, I think there is a xuron somewhere. Basically, the Tamiya are what I use, though.

I have been using Tamiya cutters that look just like that for some years and they are excellent.

I have the Xuron and the old stand by ordinary hardware store nippers. I’d love to get the Godhand nippers but they’re priced ridiculously.

The light blue handled Xuron one. Replaced my black handled Testors snipper that lasted me the previous decade or so.

I use the same one that you have here. Had them for almost a year. They are the best cutters I've ever used I can't see godhands being any better but will probably go for them next just to find out.

I use have these DSPIAE nippers. Fortunately I got them for my birthday from my in-laws because they are quite expensive.

I too use the Xuron orange handle ones.

The real question is, how hard is that carpet that it broke metal clippers?

Copy that. But they're worth it. Super clean cuts and great handling. They should last a long time, if you don't... :bag:
