That is quite the amazing list of kits you did. I love it!

I'm doing the Clydesdales for the Budweiser Beer Wagon now. Slowly...

I don't blame you. I worked at it slowly too. Wait til you start attaching the harnesses and the lead on every single Clydesdale horse. What fun! :giggles: :giggles: :giggles:

I counted how many model kits I've done on my list. 325 kits in 21 years of building model kits. Even though I was raised in a one income family - my dad was sole provider with a job. There were times of struggle to make payments with my dad but it all worked out in the end. My sis & I earned allowances from my parents every 2 weeks, we each got $2 a week from my grandparents too. They usually will buy each of us a model kit once we were done with any we were working on. Fair deal. Then again I've always gotten model kits for Christmas and birthdays growing up too. Once I got my part time job, I was able to buy my own model kits.

I'm sure there are others out there I may have forgotten about but that's a fair decent number of model kits finished in my 21 years in this great hobby. I am grateful for my parents and most of all, my grandfather (whom I was very close to) for seeing something in me and encouraging me to keep trying and building model kits.

My grandfather is similar because he repaired clocks as a side business after he retired from the government job.

You sure built quite a lot over the years! How many of the old ones survived to this day?
