More war related modeling news...sad

Post by keavdog »

I've only done one Roden kit (T-28B). This guy ( Vale Valery Grygorenko) did some really nice artwork for Roden - killed yesterday near Kyiv

That’s a damn shame. Before all of that mess is over, I wonder how many more folks from the Ukrainian model companies, not to mention the companies themselves, as well as all of their countrymen, will fall victims to this madness?

A damn shame indeed. Too many senseless lives lost where no one wanted war except Putin.

Such a shame. I have never built a Roden kit, but I shall add one with boxart from this talented artist to my next order.

I just keep thinking back to the nice email exchange I had with an executive assistant at ICM a while back to get a replacement part. Valeriia was her name, and I hope she is alright.

That's bloody tragic - he was a terrific artist.

It's horrible not just to us modelers but to the greater artist community as well.
