That was a fantastic movie! Lyle, that is not a rocket plume coming from the front. It is the 'glow' from the sensor disc.

The one mistake I see is that Enterprise is firing on the space station. As I recall, They never fired on the station' just on the Reliant that showed up with Khan's crew aboard.

Plus Mr. Spock is pointing at something while he is not German. A glaring mistake!

I was 21 almost 22 when it came out. The phasers being fired at the space station?

Hmmm Star Trek VI Undiscovered Country is better.
Regular One was never fired upon by the Enterprise, but it is curious that even though its incorrect, they used the top saucer phasers.

I really liked the 2009 Star Trek with Chris Pine.It was just uncanny how the young actors had the same mannerisms and feel of the older counterparts. The only thing I did like was the hokey part about future Spock and present Spock with Leonard Nimoy.

I don't mind the new films actually, I like them a lot better than I like the new Star Wars ones.

:ballbat:

Jar Jar Abrams F’d up both franchises with his movies… the only new Star Wars movie that I genuinely liked is the one he had zero to do with, Rogue One. Not perfect, but better than the first and third trilogies.

His Star Treks? So much potential wasted…
