I am for the most part. It is just so cotton-pickin' expensive up here to get good sashimi. The "gas station sushi" is in many grocery stores and the ubiquitous Chinese buffets. . . not reas sashimi, though.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
