I have primed the whole model, Mr Surfacer black, it worked like a charm. Not in the pictures but already done: masking the black anti glare panel and the canopy. There was a small masking set included in the box so that was a breeze.

It has stopped freezing over here so I could do some airbrush work (I need to open a window for the exhaust of my spraybooth).

I painted the fuselage in a steel color. It is a mix of Lifecolor LC 24 and 26, thinned with Future.

It looks great! I'm having the same problem. Too cold to paint cause I have to open a window to vent.

I've been having the opposite effect: sometimes it's been to HOT to open the window to vent my airbrush! Lately though, it's been great weather for it.
