Thanks fellas. I appreciate all the kind words and prayers. My wife and I gave his wife a ride home and we were there when his wife told the kids and there are four. Ages ranging from his oldest daughter of 20 and the youngest being his 12 year old son. The pain in that room was indescribable. Terrible loss to the whole family.

We're leaving out tomorrow morning headed out to Paris, Tx. for his funeral. There's no question in my mind where he's really at right now and he's doing a whole lot better. His family and everyone else is sure gonna miss the guy down here though.

A pic taken late last year....

So sorry. it was good that you guys could be there with his wife. You are good people! Be safe traveling.

Joe, my condolences for your loss. It is always hard to lose someone that close. I will be praying for you and his family as you take the time to get through this. Take your time, family comes first. And as close as you were, he was definitely family. I'm glad you are able to attend his funeral; I didn't get that chance to attend my friend's funeral.

We'll all still be here when you are ready.
