If I do end up getting one of these kits, after looking at yours I’m going to have to figure out how to try to fold it up shipboard style to reduce its shelf footprint... :hmm:

Black Dog makes folded proprotors for this kit, but the wing you'd have to do yourself. I love helicopters and such but man they eat the shelf space.
Thanks,

I would imagine it takes up more room than a Chinook! Looking great though - I love seeing these flying about!

Yes they do! Well, any of them with more than two bladed single main rotors.

Agreed! That's why I hang my Mi-26 from the ceiling.

The painting has begun on the V22. The tails are yellow and a black decal with clear numbers goes over it to reveal yellow on black. Once dry I'll mask and do the 3 gray scheme.

Yes! Love the knight's helmet. Great scheme!

Great build so far!

The more I see an Osprey, the more I like it!

:P1:

The Osprey is such a quantum leap in aviation technology and performance over the CH-46 that it replaced. It’s an amazing aircraft.
