BAe Hawk Red Arrows, Airfix Small Starter Set, 1/72

Post by Bolleken »

Here is my BAe Hawk of the famous Red Arrows in 1/72 scale. Even the kit is of their Small Starter Set collection, so a beginner's kit consisting of 24 parts, I really enjoyed building it.
The kit itself was a gift from my wife. She bought it in London 2.5 weeks ago and I built it during my Corona quarantine time.

That is just lovely work. So crisp. Well done.

Turned out nice. And I kinda like the idea of a simple build now and again - focus on finish etc. That is a great stand BTW. I like to do some of my kits (mostly airliners) in flight/wheels up and that stand is awesome, like the shadow of the plane.
Thanks,
John

That is certainly a beautiful little bird! I can't get over that flawless finish! Stunning work Marius! Way to go!

That’s a beautiful build Marius, and that “shadow” in flight display stand is really the icing on the cake for displaying this little gem! :shoutout: :shoutout: :shoutout: Bravo!
