Larry Dixon Miller Lite Top Fuel COMPLETE
Re: Larry Dixon Miller Lite Top Fuel
John, help an old, non-car guy out...what is the flaw? By the way, really good work on this.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
Re: Larry Dixon Miller Lite Top Fuel
Theres a bend in the chassis. She points left hence the nascar comment
Thanks,
John

Maybe put the clear on too soon. Don't know. You don't judge a man by what he does; rather, how he recovers from his mistakes.
Thanks,

Re: Larry Dixon Miller Lite Top Fuel
Try Tamiya primer, Tamiya Blue and then Testors Wet Look Clear dispensed from the can and shot through the airbrush. I guarantee it'll look like glass. If you're interested I can give you a mini tutorial on the process that I use.
Sorry to see the paint blues John (no pun intended) . Look on the bright side.....at least you didn't have the decals on yet. Looking forward to your recovery.
