It's been a busy and productive 2 nights. I'm stopping for now before my eyes get too tired to go further.

My eye update. It's getting better and clear but I'm still seeing residual floaters (clear for the most part) and less specks floaters. The floaters seem to have like a clear halo around them but annoying a bit at times. I have a follow-up appointment Thursday morning (tomorrow, April 30th at 8:45 am and will keep you updated)

Body to body... er… chassis.. All door handles and windshield got the Bare Metal Foil treatments.

Tail light lens were molded in red... :headbang: I would have preferred in clear. I didn't want to use straight up orange because it doesn't look realistic enough. I experimented mixing orange with silver - which gave it a funky shade of orange color. I also experimented mixing amber orange metallic with silver that resulted in an funky gold color. Finally, I experimented with Amber orange metallic and a single drop of orange. Good enough for me. Back-up lens painted white. Tailgate decaled.

Front grill installed

Roll cage minus fire extinguisher. I removed it because I didn't like the looks of it attached to roll bars. Clear lens got BMF treatment from backside and glued to lamps.

Engine compartment... before decals and with decals....

Mirrors on side mirrors. Not BMF but chrome parts.

It won't be long before she's complete. Bits and bobs pieces, tires and decals left to do.

That is a fine looking piece of work! Boris and Ivan Ivanovich approve!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
