Where can I find this wet look paint? Is it safe over enamel paint?

Tom: I think you can still get it at Hobby Lobby. Technically, it is an enamel clear so it is safe on enamels. Why Testor's threw the term "lacquer" in on that one I'm not sure. I'm not sure if this is one of the lines that'll get cut but if it is then I'm going to have to stock up on it.

So far not too bad. Work's driving me crazy and so is projects around the house but I'm hanging in there. Bench time and forum time has suffered as a result but I've been making a bit of a comeback as of late.
