After looking at various interior shots, I’m going to leave it as is I painted with the exception of “maybe” paint the rear padding on the front seats. I’m leaning 80% in leaving as is in white.

Testors Hugger Orange. Picked it up at Hobby Lobby earlier this week or last week.

Got the stripe and minor decals on drivers side done. Going to let it dry overnight before proceeding to the passenger side. Hood gauge also decaled.

I’m quitting while still I’m ahead in the game. I can’t risk accidental movement of current decals applied on driver side while working on the passenger side.

Once all the decals are applied and a final coat of wet look clear coat to seal them in, BMF
treatment will commence and interior roof liner painted.

Now that my order of Testors Lacquer Metallizer colors came in ( Aluminum Non Buffing and Dark Anodonic Grey Buffing) for my GTO wheels, my question is this. How to paint it. Should I simply strip the chrome off the rims and paint or paint directly on the chrome wheels?

The chrome plating is most likely very slick and won’t give the Metalizer anything to “bite” into...

I'm going to agree with you. I did a test on a scrap chrome grill and let it dry overnight to see how it holds on chrome plating. If it doesn't have bite to hold - which I doubt, I'll strip the chrome off, prime it (either white or grey) and go from there.
