Looks great, Lyle. I had a 62 SS and a 66 Caprice, both metallic blue. I've never seen a model of the Caprice.

Gentlemen, thank you for your kind words!

The hood, Lyle, the hood.... :headslap: :giggles: I like the color though. You're just about down the homestretch.

Yean. If it had the hood “holder uppers” I could show it with those on the raised position, no hood...

From the pictures I'm seeing this looks just fantastic Lyle. If you've got some dust bunnies or anything like that in the paint don't be afraid to wet sand it some. Start with 4000 and work your way towards the 12000 grit range if needed. I can't see anything here that needs addressed though. When you do polish go with the Novus 2 only. Save the Novus 1 till you're getting ready to put 'er on the shelf......or better yet....under glass.

BTW.....FANTASTIC work pal. You've done very well so far. :shoutout:

No problem Lyle. Don't jinx yourself bud....it's not completed yet. Just keep taking your time all the way to the finish line. Seems like the closer we get to the finish line the more things we tend to "let go" or pass as "good nuff". Stay true to yourself and to the build and don't do that. Looking forward to the next update.
