Thanks Tom.
Alright gang......I'm going to do a "do over" with the column and steering wheel. The longer I looked at the picture I posted above ...the more I didn't like the center horn pad and there is just something missing without the rivets around the wood grain steering wheel. I forgot that the GT-350 kit has a normal steering wheel instead of that big hideous "bonker" pad in the middle of the steering wheel. It was something that I never cared for on the '67's and was the reason I replaced the wheel later with an aftermarket wood grain wheel on my 1:1 car. Besides that....the GT-350 wheel has a nice Cobra emblem on the horn button.
Stay tuned.....I'll be doing "Take 2" for a hopeful better outcome.

What you have on there looks like the wheel on my 65 GT
Thanks,

I do expect the horn to work!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

That's pretty close John. Nice car btw....
Lyle: Darn it!! Is it ok if the turn signals work?
Ok guys. I had a cheater template for marking the rivet holes from a dollhouse clock. After I cut it to fit inside the steering wheel ring I was able to mark the rivet hole position holes really easy. FYI...if anybody wants free (and cool) print off stuff for 1/25 scale builds....here ya go: https://www.printmini.com/printables/ph.html
and then with the drilled holes....
Now to add some paint and some chrome trim to the spokes and then we're off to installing the rivets in the holes.
