Ok, sounds good. Just like last year... or was it the year before... :hmm:

Mark, your work is incredibly detailed and diverse! I like having a simpler kit to cleanse the palette as an idea very much. When I was building my first Aurora kit, the '69 Moonbus, I was so stoked by working in the same way the kit was intended, using brushes and enamels. I love using enamels, actually, so much fun. I am thinking of decompression builds a lot after the trials of the Horten. I hope your speed rubs off on me; you get your work done fast and flawlessly! Cheers!

Carlos, it was last year and the year before. I can't wait!

Thanks Bruce! Believe me, these cars took far longer than I wanted them to. I had to strip and re-paint them between five and seven times before I was happy with the final glossy coat. I'm still not as pleased with the Mach 5, but I'm happy enough with it to leave it alone. I guess one of my secrets to finish a lot in a year is that I do build a number of decompression builds that help me get through the tough ones.

As for my speed, hopefully you can attend more build nights at IPMS and St. Crispin's Hobby Days; you'll be amazed at how much faster you go and how much more you get done in a year. Looking forward to seeing you in June.
