That's a really nice collection of German warbirds.
Masterly executed.

I love your rendition of 5F+12, Bf 109G-10/U4/R2, in particular, though it's missing the camera installation.

A pointer in case you may build some more in the future:
The teardrop base is made of bakelite of either reddish brown or black colour, the latter being a rather rare sight with Bf 109, more commonly used on Me 262. As to the surrounding fuselage camo colours, the antenna base remained unpainted.

Brown base - blank antenna blade (standard)
Black base (painted) - antenna blade painted black (rare)
Black base (painted) - blank antenna blade (extremely rare)

Black base, factory condition:

Originally black, black paint largely chipped off:

Thanks Lyle and Erik. Erik- Yes, I left out the camera fairing on black 12, and I also left the gear doors installed. Didn't do as much research back then, but I did use the color pic of it to try and nail down the camo. Thanks for the shots of the loop antenna. Good info for my next build.

Adorable collection, every build deserves a second and third look. Would like to see the whole squadron on one picture.

Do two of them stand on unpainted wheels or is it the resolution of the pics that tricks my eyes?
