Wow! That looks like something I had to repair once! Only the one I did needed literally half the subfloor and joists replaced because half the room looked like that damage! You got this man!

I've replaced several joists and will rebuild that wall this weekend. I have new cabinets coming and will get the installed along with building the pantry soon. I'll have progress pics of the wall and floor after this weekend.

Looking good! heading in the right direction.
