Or a gear collapsed gear on landing dio.

Tamiyas Phantom is on-hold and I will for sure continue with it soon.

But first I need to finish a kit in 2021, and the kit (I dare to say) will be the new Eduard A6M2 Zero 1:48 kit. I must say it is an impressive kit, very good bunch of details, fit is very good and crispy. Also, the kit looks easier to build than it is. But so far I have enjoyed the built that has been ongoing for only 2 evenings so far.

This is also the first Eduard kit with the new type of decals, where there is a sort of thin carrier film on top of the decals. I must say, pretty fantastic method and works so far very well ( the only decaling done is the instrument panel).
As I don't like PE's, I have used only the PE belts, otherwise no PE's what-so-ever.

The carrier film comes really easy off, after the decal has settled (in this case over the night)

And amazingly, not only is the fuselage done, but also the wings were attached. The fit is wonderful, almost no cement needed for the wing section, almost like a snap-on-kit !
