Decals are on - from an old Super Scale F-16A set.

The set performed well, although I have to say they were hard to get settles without moving. When they're dry I'll hit them with some Microsol before another coat of clear.

Cheers!

Another great piece of work!

Thanks Gents! It's not looking too bad for a kit that was released a year before the aircraft went into service!

Whilst I was waiting for the decals to dry (I still am, I'll leave them for a while before I hit them with some decal solution) I thought I might as well do some more on this old Airfix F-15A/B kit I started last year. This is the recently re-released kit - starter kit my arse! It needs a lot of filler and sanding!

Today I dipped the canopy in Future and glued on all the flying surfaces. Hopefully this kit will turn out kay, I hope so as I have to more of this exact kit in the stash! :wow: Those will be built as A's though.

Here's where I am now.

Cheers!

Nice work on the Viper's decals. Can't wait to see more on the Eagle.

Hey now.. The Boys from Syracuse and the city of Syracuse is an hour west of me. Nice!! I had plans on doing their ANG Vipers once I get decal set for them.

Thanks Mike!

It's coming along, I've just finished the filling and sanding - I'm just working on getting it ready for paint.

That's cool Tom! It's a pretty nice set of markings, I hope you can find some.
