Some of you may have noticed me being rather absent here from time to time. This was because I had to meet a tight schedule when doing a commission build:
The new 1/32 scale Zoukei-mura Horten Ho 229!!!
I will do a kind of WIP of this build here later. Until then here are some pictures of my Horten together with my Ju 88A-1, taken today. Hope you like them!
Bonus picture, after having changed the picture links to SmugMug:

Nice work, partner!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Updated the pictures.

Awesome! Can't wait to see the WIP! Comparing the 229 to the 88, it is bigger than I would've expected.

I missed this the first time around. I had no idea that the Horten had such a wide wingspan until you paired it up with the Ju-88. Not a small aircraft at all, as say perhaps the Komet.

Beautiful work Thomas. I notice you posed the spoilers closed. I wish I had done that. They were a real pain to attach open. Can you still remover the wing attachment pins? I failed to notice they were all different and eventually had to glue them in place. All in all It was a fun aircraft to build, especially the engines. Yours look great.
