Beautiful work and that MiG really stands out!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thanks for having a look at these so far. Yes, the Mig is certainly an "attention getter" in that camo scheme...

Where did you buy all those prizes?

...

Just kidding, Stik! Good to see that others like your builds as I do!

Ah that wicked Teutonic sense of humor... :tease: :whiteflag: Actually most of the ones above were prize winners, but only about partway thru my time with IPMS did I start photographing the completed builds with their awarded plaque or plate :happens:
I gotta say though, building to compete in our chapter makes you step it up if you want to place. Lots of great modelers there.

Thank you Blacksheep.... That Frogfoot almost never made it. It caught a gust of wind during transfer between my hobby room for building and my garage airbrush area and went crashing down on to concrete sidewalk, smashing the lading gear. I had to use every trick that I knew to rebuild the landing gear... My 109E posted earlier suffered a similar mishap. But suffered less damage and was easier to fix. The walk between my hobby room and garage painting area could be treacherous on windy days at my old home... On of the few things that I do not miss about living there...

I completely forgot about updating this thread after two years ago... I shall fix that now.... I tried earlier today, but as usual Photobucket was as co operative as a wet noodle... their computer site, for lack of a technical term, sucks lava rocks.
