Man, those Monogram kits made my world back then by being a pure pleasure to build them. Still have a B-17, two B-29, among other, in my stash. Not going to build them because of our cat is a good excuse, eh?

Cats...... Great for dealing with pests... bad for model aircraft....

Thanks Fermis..... Looking at them all here and I can see where I improved, added new techniques, and got better as I did so....

Thank you Paul. That Fujimi F-14 is not the easiest kit to build...

So then we move on to my time away from home and the kits that I built while on deployment to the Balkans. I started with only the most basic supplies, but gradually acquired more as time went on. I decided to try my and on 1/32 kits again, since I had not built any in 20 years, and knew that they were not coming home with me so display space was not going to be an issue...
