Typical rough canvas but better than I can scratchbuild.

Here's the Pyro 31 Cadillac.

That is superb!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

For what you started out with that turned out a masterpiece. I'm not kidding even a little. That is the nicest Pyro kit in any form I've ever seen!

I avoid Pyro as a rule simply because as a young man I got burned by a few. Those and Lindberg were to be avoided after I learned the hard way. I latched onto Revell and Monogram and became the model builder I am today. Not saying that the afore mentioned wouldn't have made me a better builder, but they may have broken my spirit.
Now that we know that.... What have we learned?...

It's shiny, that helps. It was a little bit but not too special to me because as I was growing up we had the chassis of one in our boneyard, the engine was used to power a water well drilling rig and the rest was tossed or left to rot. It still had the frame, wheels and the leather covers were on the springs. The remains did finally go to a museum. It's almost like people were bitter about that sort of wealth during the later years of the depression. At the time that sort of car had little worth.

You did THAT out of an old Monogram kit? You got some skills man. Fantastic work!
