I really like all the lists everyone is posting up. Looks like we will all have some outstanding builds this year.

As to the original point of this thread…. :hmm: Well, I want to wrap up the P-26 and Etendard that I started last year but have not yet finished… get the Harrier that I started in ‘21 finished… get a few more long term “shelf of doom” builds finished up, and start and complete some more Ukraine Invasion builds starting with a pair of dueling T-80s - one Russian invader against a Ukrainian defender. And of course tackle some inspiration build that always occurs along during the year.

My main goal is to get my new workshop finished up.
Modelling wise, first up are these, the first two already in progress:

1/48 AM SBD-1
1/72 Hasegawa B-47E
AM 1/48 SBD-2 (Midway Island)
1/48 Special Hobby F2A-3 (Midway (Island)
1/48 Monogram B-24D
1/48 Monogram B-17F (converted to E, in Hawaiian Air Depot Scheme (Midway Island)
After that it's whatever hits me in the face in my stash, and an RC 1/5 scale F4U-1 birdcage.
My modelling website, with build logs.

I also have a shortlist of models to finish:

Revell 1/72 scale A-400 Grizzly
Revell 1/72 scale C-54 Skymaster,
Academy 1/600 scale USS Enterprise
Three LCM's
Kamov Ka-29 Helix

Among others. Most of these can be seen in my Maddog Manufacturing thread.

That may be a "short" list, but all those are big. So, in all fairness you've got you work cut out for you.

I think inspired by the Monogram Mafia I'd like to have a stab at building all the principle USAAF Single seat fighters in 1/48 - all of which (asides from the P-51D) I've never built before.

I have the Monogram P-47D on the go, and the Monogram P-40B and P-51D in the stash awaiting the GB. I also have the Tamiya P-38 (part started) and the Eduard P-39. None of these are difficult kits so it should be a reachable goal, we'll have to see how the year goes.

I's also like to build at least one MBT in 1/35 along with some other kits (I've just started a K2/Y Ambulance) and figures in the same scale.

If I have time I'd also like to build up my 1/72 RAF WWII and late Cold War USAF collections - as I don't actually have any of my build models* in my new house and the only thing I have on display is my Jetstream - I need to fill up my display cabinet!

(*they're are/were in storage at my Mother in Laws house - but after we moved out we had to stay with her for two weeks before we moved to the new house - alas she had a massive toxic meltdown two days in and threw us all out of her house, including my disabled son, making us all homeless. We've not been able to go back since and we don't actually know what she's done with the last few odds and sods we had stashed there - or if we're ever going to be able to get them back - so at present my build model collection is 1).
