Gundam Stuff

Post by Medicman71 »

Since I've seem to have gone down the Gundam rabbit hole, I figured it needed it's own thread.

I started on the Unicorn Gundam that I got the other day. LOTS of parts. It took me a better part of a day just to do one leg. I've started on the second leg.

I'm going to add one of these to my stash. Have to make some research before, since there's a lot of them out there...

I have never done a Gundam kit nor had an interest in them. After yesterday’s visit to HobbyTown, they had a lot of Gundam kits in stock. Who knows… maybe someday I’ll do one.

Do it!! There really easy to build. The gateway drug for me were the ones that Hobby Lobby carry. Those don't have a ton of parts like this one. But you've been warned. Once you start building them, you'll want to do more. :giggles:

Kinda like once you do an aircraft kit, you want to do more. Surprisingly this year, I have yet touched a single auto kit. I don’t know why it’s that. I guess 2024 is the year for airplanes. :giggles:

Well I've got the Gundam completed. After it was done, it was then put into "Destroy" mode. Now I'm currently working on the crap ton of weapons.

That's really cool Mike.

I'd lolve to see Ban-Dai doing a range of these kits, but based on the original cartoon Transformers - I'd defo get one or two.
