Overall not a bad kit, it certainly went together well. The only really issue was the fit of the doors, because I wanted them closed.
Built OOB, and brush painted with Hataka blue line. Clears were Mr Super. Blue background a'la John Eaton.

Cheers!

Well, it’s not exactly a rare type in kits available, and the markings & camouflage schemes worn is quite the variety. Pick one!
Nope. I did the old Monogram P-39 kit. Handpainted the camo scheme.Stikpusher wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2026 12:33 pmWell, it’s not exactly a rare type in kits available, and the markings & camouflage schemes worn is quite the variety. Pick one!![]()
Yeah, every time I built that kit as a kid, which was quite a few times I remember, I always chose the shark mouthed RAF camo P-400 scheme for “Hell’s Bells”. It just looked the coolest compared to all the other plain Jane OD & NG options that were also on the kit decal sheet.BlackSheep214 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2026 12:45 pmNope.
