I love venison! I'd love to try Elk, Caribou, Alligator, Rattlesnake, Ostrich, & Wild Turkey. Bear meat I hear is pretty stringy. Now Bison... OMG!!! The leanest meat you can ever eat.

I've had elk, caribou and ostrich jerky...tasted like jerky, meat coulda been anything.
Gator nuggets...meh.
"Pulled" bear BBQ.....didn't really taste anything but bbq
Buffalo burger....dry burger...meh.
Have not had rattlesnake, but I did catch a big ole rat snake and cook it over a campfire when I was on a "survival camp" in boy scouts.....delicious!

I've butchered over 60 of my own deer...had it every which way.

Fermis - check this out and make one for yourself at home. Sound like it's pretty cheap to build.

I like that...I like it a lot!

I've been collecting antlers for a long time, in hopes to one day make a lamp or chandelier...just don't quite have the "right" ones, yet, to make the stuff with. I do have a great euro mount that would be perfect for this though.
You can kinda see it, hanging on the wall, to the right, just above the doe.

And you can replace it with that girly lamp in the pic you provided. LOL!

We call them yabbies.
I enjoy a good rabbit, or hare, and goat, havent tried tahr, but keen to, (Tahr are kind of like a cross between a goat and a deer) Horse i found quite granular in texture, but good taste. Ostrich, emu, pretty much any kind of meat ill have a go at.
You can learn all the math in the 'Verse, but you take a boat in the air that you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurtin' 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Funny, horse meat is not considered "strange" overhere. Smoked horse meat is quite mainstream on sandwiches. Horse steak is a not that mainstream but can be found at any good butchershop.

Phil, that was funny.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
