Be assured, not a trolling question, but a serious one since there are differences of culture between forums.
My own rule is the same as stated in the forum rules: I (try to) treat others the same as I myself want to be treated. For me that means that I welcome constructive criticism of my builds. Even if I choose not to heed the criticism for whatever reason, someone who finds the thread at a later date may have a learning experience from the comment. But since not everyone is a clone of me (trust me, count yourself lucky!!!

Please admins, mods; what's the policy?
- 1. Rather no criticism (if you dant have something nice to say, don't say anything)
- 2. Constructive criticism is allowed if everyone leaves their egos at the front door. Criticism worded as pointers / tips on how to achieve better results. Absolutely never become personal.
-3. As in -2. but first ask if the builder likes to get constructive criticism. If the answer is "no", then switch over onto -1.
As said before; as a builder I'm a "Possibility -2."-man. But since not everyone is the same I'd like to know what is the "Law of the Land"
Cheers,
Erik.
