Flakpanzer I A | winter camo

I like how the hat of the right guy is sculpted. It makes you imagine a cold breeze from the left. Brrrrr...

And both are painted perfectly! These two alone already make a scene! Well done, Lucas!

Thank you guys. Love those Alpine figures too.

Many thanks!
Phew. Some other projects on the bench and something called "real life" caused a slow effort here. Nevertheless the chanis are on and the little beast is ready for some paint, finally.

Real life is overrated, isn't it? Better to stay here on the bench...

True... but real life pays the bills...

...and models for the bench too.
Man the priming stage gave me some shivers, I tell you. So far it went all good, until I primed the whole tank in black. My rattle cans stay in a warm and safe place, I shook the can about 100 times like its supposed to be and then after 2 hours it still wasnt dry. Gotta love such moments. Do I really have to trash it? Please not!
In the end the gun metal and Panzergrau layer dried like they should. Close call. A highlight with lighter Panzergrau followed (I think thats what the tank pro builders call "color modulation", is it?).
Hairspray for the white camo will follow next, pictures too.
