There is a "scoop" under the nose, so I fixed up the under nose scoop a little:

On a couple reference pictures, I see 4 holes. I like 'em, so I added 'em:

Now, to the rear engine section. This are needed the most fixing so far and took a day or two.

I used this as reference:

With this, I added and/or modified numerous things on this rear because the original kit didn't have much and the studio reference showed alot.
One last look at the stock piece:

Quite a bit of detailing later:

Sticking it all back together one more time, here's how it's coming along!

The latest update involves a couple items. By a couple, I really mean three-ish. Four-ish? Anyhow, they are...

Making some clear windows since I opened up the canopy. As mentioned and shown here, the stock canopy is solid:

Which ended up alright? Alright as I could get it anyway.

Then, the making of some doodles and noodles for that exposed upper engine section seen on the show Viper:

So looks like final tally is three-ish. This is detail on that engine is included in most Mark II Viper models so I don't know why it was left blank on this one just because it's a "toon" type model.

Next, we're moving on to these on either side. I probably should have done this before anything else because now, I'll have to crack the model back into two halves to get in the fuselage.

Again, breaking this egg!

What's there:

What I would like more of:

What you posted, as an aside note, is the BEST Viper!

I liked both shows… but I loved the launch controller on the original series…

Your image doesn’t show up for me Stuart…

But this young lady (relatively speaking, as she was older than I was back then)
