Don't forget the cutout in the trailing edge of the wing for the X-15 tail. Hadn't noticed this until digging around after reading this thread.

I suppose it could be scratch built. I’ve got some drop tanks that could work. The pylons I can use from the B-52 kit. Something to think about even though it won’t be accurate or perfect.
