Thanks guys! I'm moving along pretty well on both builds so I feel productive!

It was more of a shape issue than a fit issue so it was an easier fix! And no, you guys aren't blind... the adjustments were very minor and subtle.

I kind of like having two aircraft projects going at once. If the weather isn’t so good, I can forego painting one that day and work on construction on the other one instead. Or if one is nearing completion I can slow down, evaluate, and decide on the next move while I build-up the other. It’s a good system.

Ultimately it’s how you feel comfortable of course, but you’re doing great on both of yours and I can tell you’re enjoying them. That definitely comes through.

I really wished I could do that as I would get a lot more done at the bench. I think I'd get sensory overload though.

Like Kenny says, it works out nice having a second build to jump on when you've gotten to a break point in the first build, like waiting for glue or paint to dry.

Gonna take a break for a few days as I'm traveling to Texas for a wedding. Will jump back on the K-4 next week!

Thanks guys! Got back from Texas last night. And Monday is a Holiday... I love when that happens! Happy Memorial Day everyone!

Just a few odds and ends to re-orient myself with the build. The access panel on the bottom of the fuselage is molded too softly so I am going to fill it with CA glue and re-scribe it.

Added some bits of plastic and brass to make a bracket for the drop tank strap.

The horizontal stabilizers have been given a coat of Mr Surfacer 1200 and marked with a pencil for riveting.

And I've received the MDC cockpit decals from Vincent K! So I can proceed with the cockpit painting.

Making good progress
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

That's the kind of extra detailing that I love!
